Friends, Randy put this together this evening as a appetizer for his flying group evening get together. You just have to make this dip. Incredible and oh so easy.
Our year has been wonderful, and ending it with this dip will be an even bigger bonus.
Randy’s Cheese Dip
1 32 oz Velveeta Like Cheese ( we used the Aldi brand)
1 Block of Cream Cheese
1 pound of Hot Jimmy Dean Sausage- cooked and crumbled
1 Pound of Hamburger- cooked and crumbled
1/2 can of abdobe chipotle peppers- we ground ours up in a food processer this gives it the zing.
1 can of Rotel ( we also used the Aldi Brand)
Melt the cheese and the cream cheese slowly in the crockpot. After it is melted, add the rest of the items. Stir- as it warms up, you will need to thin with milk. We added about one cup of milk.
Serve with chips, or even the dipper chips. Yum!
